Seamstress/ Jacket Repair in Mammoth?

Postby EveryWeekendMammoth » Thu Dec 03, 2009 7:49 pm

I put two rips in my jacket on Sunday when I hit some rocks that were under thin coverage. Who in town does quality repair work at a fair price? I don't want to have to ride with duck tape on my jacket to hold the down in...

Absolutely, they do all my shortening on ski clothing, and as I'm vertically challenged, that's a lot of shortening, and they always do a wonderful job.

Yup, there is a seamstress office inside the Main Lodge, although you will need a guide to find it! Do ask a lodge host or at the ticket office and someone can direct you.

I just stopped in there with a friend I was skiing with yesterday, who had a big rip in the seam of his ski pants. Leslie was off yesterday, but Cat was there and fixed it in 10 minutes! :)
