In addition to the expanded winter air service, summer air service is an official GO! TOML and MMSA signed the deal with Horizon for year around service. One flight a day from L.A., leaves LAX at 1:oopm, departs Mammoth at 2:40pm, operated daily starting April 12th with a six week break Oct 1-Nov 15th, though if it is successful Horizon will keep it going without the break, so we need everyone to make it successful....... make your reservation now online! http://www.alaskaair.com

I hope they lose their shirts on the summer flight deal, the last thing I want while fishing Hot Creek & Crowley are jets taking off/landing.

The PR cracks me up cuz somebody's gonna book April or May, make a reservation at the Ahwahnee, rent a car at the "terminal", and get a surprise at Tioga. Also kinda weird that MMSA writes PRs but doesn't have a website that seems interested in publishing them.
