She has some hip problems so she is a little slow moving around but still gets exited when you get the leash out for walks or go into the yard for her to sniff around. It is not arthritis so she is not in pain and there is no medical bills or vet visits for her problem it has been an ongoing thing she is just slow. Her name is Mona and right now she is living on a porch and needs a home to be in. I myself am a dog lover and would like to adopt her but am not in the position that I can. If someone does not take her she is going to be put down and I do not want that to happen. Please if anyone is willing to take her into a good home or knows someone please let me know. Not directed at the OP or anybody in particular, but people who move somewhere for a season or who just tend to move a lot into shared housing, well, it can be great and all but having a pet makes it soooo much harder and option-limiting. Please make sure when you get a pet that you understand the long term commitment it involves. Thank you.

Arthritis is not really a diagnosis. There are many causes of arthritis and they are all treated specifically.
It is going to bother me tonight to know that some dog is left on a porch at night instead of being in the warm, in the house. Maybe we can find it a foster home, call Whitmore Shelter. I think posting this was a good first step. Thanks.
