$750-800 / mo all inclusive cable, internet, and utilities.

6 month minimum start Oct-Dec

I am the owner (31) and will come up 10 weekends (~25 days) from SD and crash in loft. Other roommate is 30, works night and rides 100 days (Nov-April). We both ride all day and kick back at night. We are both very chill, clean, and friendly. We have been doing this for 8 years.

Hi. Is this room still available? Where exactly is it located? my boyfriend and i recently moved up here and are working for the season. we are renting a room in a large house and were not told that there would be 9 of us here. its not an ideal environment. not clean, and way too loud. please let me know if this is still available! thanks
