Buy a refurb from Apple. 1. It's been repaired a 2 it comes with a warranty.

You could get a 16gb for the price you're looking at walmart.
I was watching an auction on ebay from a seller who said he had 20 NEW 32gb. I wrote him and said his deal sounded too good to be true. Plus he had some good ratings but they were for things that cost 50 cents. So luckily I didn't buy it.
He scammed 20 people, sent empty envelopes. They'll get their money back from paypal, but still.
