I'm off and growing.

Pablanos. I love the taste of these.

Image

Supposed to be twice as hot as the habies.

Image

A couple of habies just for SG.

Image

Gotta have these.

Image

Chef Jeff's, I cracked up when I saw these and had to buy one.

Image

Romas for the red salsa.

Image

Some cherry toms for salads and snacks.

Image

Anaheim chilies for my pizza.

Image

Japanese cucumbers. Tasty.

Image

For my almost famous Salsa Verde.

Image

Some beef steaks for burgers and sandwiches.

Image

I have some green beans and a couple of other things starting from seed. It should be a fun growing year for me sense I will probably have more time to spend in the garden.

Looks like at the very least onegoodsalsagarden.

Very nice ogt!
Looks like you take great care, with the drip sys and good lookin soil.

I've got issues w/ my green chiles and bell's. They're dropping flowers. They flower and look like they were pollinated, then they shrivel and die and drop off. Some other pestilence, beside the varmints, I guess. I had a bad aphid infestation, but I soaped (fatty acid) them away.
I used to be with it, then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with, isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me. It'll happen to yoooouuu.

Oh yeah. I'm not really worried about some yotes or varmit coming in to munch on my crops. I've got the ultimate guard dog.

Big Pete.

2NA, I use a diluted non detergent bio soap mix in a spray bottle if I see signs of pests. Here in Costa Mesa hasn't been as bad as Westminster.
I'll update as the growing goes along.

What does Petey charge per hour?

Yeah, that's what I used on the aphids.

Hold the Petey. I got the (a) varmint! It was the skinny-tail variety.

Hey that's onegoodgarden, OGT. "Habies for SG"...heh...I'll have to show this to him! :D

Phlox on the slope garden starting to bloom. We gave up on trying to weed and attend to this strip of landscape years ago. It belongs to our neighbors who left it to erode, we planted the groundcover, but it got too much for us to maintain.

We have our first Daisies, Western Wallflowers and Renunculas! The gardens have been going crazy with all this rain lately. :D

End of Times weather. Spring has passed as the spring that wasn't. What a rip-off. :(
