The real issue here is the rules at mammoth. For the faster riders maybe this will work.

•People behind of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.
•Always stay out of control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.
•You must stop where you obstruct a trail, or are not visible from above.
•Prior to using any lift, you must have the knowledge and ability to land if you fall and ride off safely.

How about those darn CHP's giving tickets for gover over 90 on the WIDE open 395..

KNOW THE CODE. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

This is a partial list. Be safety conscious.

FYI Talyor skier visits are down because of the snow this year. It's not because of the price of gas or economy.

The most important rule: Ski defensively and never trust other skiers/boarders with your own safety. Assume none of them can see you or care to go around you.
Don't do it in the park.

- just like when ur diving - epecially if it is over 90 on the wide open 395..
