I could hardly believe how much the Mountain had transformed from yesterday's "storm." Certainly not a dusting, much more of a coating. All-in-all the off-piste riding off the top was smooth, creamy and A LOT of fun.

Am I the only one that says "wait, what???" when I see Colin Farrell is the writer/rider??? Blows my mind every time.

Man, was it GOOOOD today. March style creamed corn. winter corn. Climax was da bomb. Should be great tomorrow, too, but alas, tis a Saturday. Shine.

Best run was Climax into the just opened downhill course into ADG with gates still up. YUM! Yes, I went thru the gates.

Still plenty of turns to be had indeed!!! Saturday was a blast. Classic mammoth spring :)

tip #1: wax your board/skiis everyday. i almost broke my neck from my board sticking to the snow and my body being ahead of my feet. (mid-lower mountain) top was good tho.

Re: Current conditions report - G1 closed for maintenance.

I hope most folks saw this on today's snow report...

To ensure access to the upper mountain in late May, the Panorama Gondola will be closed for routine maintenance Monday-Friday, April 30th to May 24th.

The Upper Gondola will be open for skiing and riding only on the weekends, with no further scenic gondola rides being offered.

To accommodate skiing off the Top, Chair 23 will be in operation for the remainder of the season.

Six chairlifts are expected to operate today, including: Broadway, Stump Alley, Thunderbound, Face Lift Express, Discovery Chair and Chair 23.

Monday had excellent corn if you were willing to wait out the frozen granular and ski strategically.

To ensure access to the upper mountain in late May, the Panorama Gondola will be closed for routine maintenance Monday-Friday, April 30th to May 24th.

With the low snowpack mountain biking will probably open from the top in June and it's essential to have the gondola for that. Normally June is the gondola maintenance month.
