Nice shot. Color correct it, or make it a B&W and it would look great!

looks WET! Little bit of sluff on the left edge of the right track tells me you guys were smart to stay off the steeper terrain. Well played!!!

From TGR, needs to be read by all BC travelers.

^What a powerful story in that TGR thread. I'm still shaking after reading it.

Cross post, because the picture limits here suck.

Was up in TJ Bowl on Sunday. It was a busy day on the Crest. A couple other groups were up there too.

Shot back at the Lakes basin and Mammoth in the upper left.

Starting down from the top. Sorry the picture is a little overexposed - it was pretty bright out.

Many tracks up there that day.

Great sunny bluebird day. Warmed up pretty good. Nice soft snow up top, started to get a little thick down lower. All in all a great day.

Nice work doconboards. After climbing up (most) of powerhouse on Sun. I went to grab a few last J-7 runs at June to look at our tracks from the day before in the negatives. It had mad tracks in it, and I've never seen that many people wearing packs with full gear in bounds before. The all skinned back into the resort and took J1 to the car. I'm not surprised it was busy up there. I bet Redcone must've seen a couple dozen descents.

Cross post from TGR, keeping my fingers crossed for this young man.

Hi all, hoping to get some info or help regarding a friend who's potentially missing in the lee vining area. On the 19th my friend (Boris Avdeev) contacted me and another guy about skiing Dana Couloir and Cocaine chute on April 20/21. Neither of us was able to go with Boris, but yesterday the other friend got a call from the Mono country sheriff that Boris' car had been parked at poole power plant campground for over 2 weeks. They're launching a search and rescue this morning, but I was hoping to see if anyone here had seen him the weekend of April 20/21. I know it's a long shot, but any info will help at this point. A picture of him is attached. Thanks guys.
