I can't take credit for the bread making in these photos, I was a spectator there to document it. I have worked that dough before, wrote a little story about it...

I remembered well East Coast "Foodies" tour... We bought the whole cart and have them shipped back to California.
That's how we roll, we just don't eat foods, we eat by the masses ;)
