Forum Issues: Not able to post or log in recent issues!

When I started this thread I wasn't having problems posting but I did keep getting logged out. I thought it was some kind of local problem with my browser or internet connection but now I know better.

Hopefully this takes. I was about to reply about periodic logouts today when now, just going from forum to forum logs me out. I also couldnt access PMs or the UCP, that would also log me out. This is the first time I've been able to post here since half an hour ago.

Hey Brahm it's REALLY bad now. I tried to login at least 10 times. It would say login successful but when I went to any page it would have me logged out. I tried the usual tricks and even used a different browser that I never use to access the forums and it did the same thing.

It's BROKEN. Really bad.

For some reason, I've had to login multiple times this evening. Trying to post to The Mill. Odd -- usually I stay logged in forever. But trying to post to The Mill, I got the too many login's message. Can't exactly remember the message. But I had to login about 3-4 times before it stuck.

Also, those security number pictures are really hard to read. I'm not color blind and have good vision and they are still really hard to read. Back them down a notch...

I had the same problem using the home box, but not the one at work ... and both use the same browser.

Thanks brahm...it certainly is weird. I couldn't get in at all yesterday late afternoon or last night. Don't quite know how I even was able to post this right now?!

I was just logged off for the first time. I put in my user name and password, checked " keep me logged in " and hit log in.
I was told I had used up my total amount of log in attempts. Made me find waldo and try again.

I have a trouble ticket out, the offending server was removed from the cluster last lite around 4-5am which is making things run a little bit better for now. Unfortunately we will have to put that server back in the cluster to be able to handle the load for upcoming MVP sales, and the traffic we are getting due to the storm. This may result in these issues being more prominent again over the next week (maybe 2). Until I can tear myself away from making sure MVP sales are working as smoothly as possible to diagnose forum issues.

I do apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause everybody.

It happened to me after noon today. Must be in more than one server.

While this log-in glitch continues, I noticed I can get in and stay in if I try when I reply to a post without being previously logged in. It tells you that you can't reply unless logged in, so when I log in from there (instead of the home forum page) it allows me to post. It's the only way the system doesn't shove me back out.

^^^ Yes, that's the only way I've been able to login also.

Maybe that's a hint at the root of the problem Brahm.
