Mammoth Demo Shop Ski listing

Anyone know where I can track down a listing of the skis they have for demo on the mountain?

Mainly looking for wider under foot stuff like 115+ and a twin.

I know last year they had S7...obsethed.....so those and anything like them.

The ski I'm most interested at getting a look and a test on is an Atomic Bent Chetler, but that one might be a tough find in a demo, hoping maybe footloose..I know they had Atomic boots...can't remember if they had any sticks.

MMSA Demo shops will have the Bent Chetler, as well as the new ObSethed at 117, the HellBent at 131, the Katana at 111, the Prophet 115, although it isn't a true twin, S7s again, the Nordica Girish (directional), and the Kuro at 132, again not a true twin. Maybe some I am forgetting. Not all skis are at the same shop, but you can trade out between them.

Know if I can demo the 2011 Nordica Nemesis and/or Vokl Aura?

At the canyon lodge demo shop we had the nordica nemesis last year, it was a hit so we might carry it this year. The volkl aura is a no go though. We only carry the Attiva series from Volkl for women. We do however carry the Mantra 170cm, and possibly a 163cm.

I will be up in mammoth when canyon lodge opens and will post on the forums everything we carry in the shop (making note on my phone to remind me). If your up in the area when canyon lodge opens, stop by and check out our gear. My name is Trent and I'm in the shop almost everyday.

And to answer the OP, unfortunately there isn't a list on the Internet of the skis the demo shops carry, or pamphlets at the shops themselves. The only list available will be Displayed on the wall at the demo shops. Main lodge and canyon lodge usually carry 80% the same gear, but there will always be canyon/main lodge exclusive skis/boots. And eagle lodge does not carry demo boots, and will carry the 80% same versions as the other lodges (smaller demo shop, less options). I will do my best to compile a list of equipment at canyon and main lodge, and post it on the forums in the respective thread (and a copy here).

Nemesis is a great ski, so I hope you'll carry it this season.

Any thoughts about Rossi S110w? Will Mammoth be demoing it at Main?

If the storm turns out as well as forecast, will the shops be renting out demos next week?

Thanks for any help and think pow!!!

I'm not to familiar with the S110, I googled it and got womens ski. And I'm 99% sure we didn't carry that last season. We had the scratch BC I think. I doubt either lodge will carry that ski, but I will make sure to check for it. Our wider underfoot womens skis were the phat luv and gotback by K2, hopefully we get more powder skis this year.

If the entire mountain opens, the demo shops will most likely be open. Coverage plays a big part, wouldn't make sense to open the shops if there are rocks everywhere and brown patches. Would just make the repair shops work overtime haha. But I say chances are good if the storm dumps and mountain is in full operation.

Okay. Yeah we had the voodoo last year, but I think it was the 74 underfoot.

Zutroy, which shop? Where? I've heard and read only good things but have never skied rocker or reverse camber so I need to demo for sure.

Canyon will have a limited selection of the Aura, Nemesis, and s110w for sure, and I believe Main will have all three as well.
