There is some jumps, rails and other features set up in the main park near chair six

Maybe I'm just too old to get it, but it looks like they've built an actual staircase with a rail in the middle. Aren't they just asking for lawsuits the first time little Johnny breaks his neck?

You ski at your own risk and anyone lame enough to sue should not be on the hill. Little johnny's parents should not have him in the park if they are worried about a lawsuit. Getting hurt is part of the game when you are on the hill.
