Nope. Not yet. But it's colder than a witch's broomstick, with these winds raging! :o

ya but it keeps rainig at the base. the village is around 800 meters and the freezing level as they call it is around 1000 so every time they are getting a good dump at the village it is melting because of the rain. remember that the base of whistler is around 2500 feet and the whistler peak is around 7,000 feet, blackcomb is a little taller but not a lot maybe around 8000.

I blame myself. Every year I try to ski before Turkey Day I get snuk'd. My bad. Sorry.

With that said, based on the 00z GFS, NAM, etc. it seems to me that there will be a slight chance of snow showers at MM thru Monday. No real accumulation, but maybe enough for the first time kiddies (like mine). :worried:

I guess that originally thought-to-be dump is not even a dusting! :o That is really unfortunate!

Heavy wind, a few flakes, but lots of stars out at 8300'.

The drive up was a challenge.
Got to slalom through the tumbleweeds all the way up the valley.
A couple of areas of blowing dirt to add to the spice.

I need those wonder twin powers, what a disappointment. It is only November, long season still to go.
