true that. I was thumbing down the warm temps as much as anything else. looking at the LADWP rainfall map, I see Topanga Canyon with less than 1", Big Pines with just under 4", and the rest of So Cal with 1.5" - 3.5". not sure what is 'normal' through November, but I'll go with you for 'above normal'. now, what's for lunch...
you okay??? yeah. no. I mean, nobody died...

well, I'm basing my above avg on some USFS fire info I got this weekend for Nov. for the Angeles. Although, I did here the other day Downtown LA was about .10 above "avg".. however, avg at this time of year is kinda relative. But it has reduced the fire danger.. at least for another week or two. :D

San G is the only snow visible on the VIS sat pic.
FWIW. Anyone hiked up there lately?

I used to be with it, then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with, isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me. It'll happen to yoooouuu.

I just had a "Whoa" moment looking at my rain tube after the holiday. Apparently that Flash Flood Warning I drove out into came over me because I got another inch of rain for an event total of 2.9" of rain! The power of upsloping.

Yes above Glendale. There can be as much as 10" difference in annual precip. between downtown Glendale and up here.

I'm surprised. The temps seem a bit warm to hold any snow that would be made.

Pssst its December now!
