There's a guy that trolls in Sliver Lake from a SUP board. Same guy that snowboards with a paddle at June. Saw him at Mammoth with his paddle last week.

Not Grumpy, guy's name is Art, he has some kind of guide business with his brother I think.

Also our friend Rob who owns Mammoth Kayaks has been renting paddle boards the last two summers.

Lots of our friends enjoy it, but I personally don't see the draw.

Everyone's renting paddle board's in Mammoth. Fun stuff, going to get 2 for the summer and a new rack for them on my RV.

Just got back from my first Mtn Bike ride of the year, earliest EVER!

hmm, I figured they'd still be renting skis and snowoboards.

Plenty of snow in Mass.

Sierra Lady, SUP boards = a great upper body workout, a chance to get out in nature and to get a nice tan in the process. You can even take your dog along. It's actually fun and does great things for your balance. You should give it a try...

SUP also is a insane core workout...

Also sitting out in the middle of a lake on a board with the sound of water and people having fun is just epic and the stress just melts away.

Lots of our friends enjoy it, but I personally don't see the draw.

It's called exercise, and it is a lot of fun where I live and I cant wait to get dropped off at Grant
Lake this year and ride my SUP from the boat ramp to the far end of the lake to get picked up.

One of the best whole body work outs ever, and your on the water in a peaceful setting,
going as fast or slow as you want.

OR You could hang out with sweaty smelly grunting men at the Gym.
Sweaty not so smelly not grunting women at the Gym is a whole different story ;)

Like Snowman posted...SUP also is a insane core workout...

Also sitting out in the middle of a lake on a board with the sound of water and people having fun is just epic and the stress just melts away.

SkierBob my SUP has tie downs for a small cooler of beer also.

Does it have rod holders.
I used to be with it, then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with, isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me. It'll happen to yoooouuu.
