Let's hope you didn't jinx it. It's 4 's'. But maybe a change is necessary. Last year didn't work out so well.

Reno

MEDIUM RANGE MODELS AND ENSEMBLE MEMBERS CONTINUE TO SHOW A DECENT
AMOUNT OF CONSISTENCY IN BRINGING THE NEXT SYSTEM INTO THE FORECAST
AREA TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. THE MODELS ALL DIG THE TROF FAR ENOUGH
SOUTH TO PICK UP SUBTROPICAL MOISTURE...BUT THE JET IS PROGGED TO
STAY ACROSS THE FAR NORTHERN PART OF THE AREA. THIS WILL KEEP SNOW
LEVELS FAIRLY HIGH AGAIN.
WHILE THE JET WITH THIS SYSTEM IS NOT AS
STRONG AS THE SYSTEM CURRENTLY AFFECTING THE AREA...THE MODELS HAVE
BEEN SHOWING AN INTENSIFICATION OVER THE LAST FEW RUNS. THE JET NOW
PEAKS AROUND 100 KTS BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
Come for the weather, stay for the drama, eat the bacon

Sub'd. I actually though for a minute I might be able to start one of these threads. Someday.....

You have to do it at 12:01 am on the first day of the month to beat people like me who post what some think are worthless weather reports.

Poor resorts in SoCal can't open because it is too warm. Sacramento and Reno are flooding. This is just too much, and we have a long way to go to get to that 1,000 inches.

I quote 2NA for the xxxx inches. I just saw on Headline News that good old Mammoth got the most snow in the West today with 26 inches.

Aiyeeeeeee!

That's why they call it Mammoth-Man! Only 900 plus to go.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

That wasn't me, originally. I only mentioned the 1000" people.

So far so good on the snow levels up there?
I used to be with it, then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with, isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me. It'll happen to yoooouuu.

^^ What SM said. 38 degrees at our place.

Yesterday afternoon SG had to do some preventative flood shoveling so the run-off would go down our street and not pool into our driveway and flood our garages (neighbor's, too). Glad he did it then because it's working!
