Hanford has issued a Winter-like Storm Watch

http://forecast.weather.gov/wwamap/wwatxtget.php?cwa=rev&wwa=winter storm watch

Up to 8" of snow above 5K feet from the first storm, second one to be colder and wetter.

Light flurries and wind at 32 degrees in town with nothing sticking. Appears nasty on the cams up on the hill. Glad I skied on Monday in the sunshine!

I know, I know. I'm just bummed on the pow/slush/crust cycle of this season since I'll miss the pow part of this system.

you left out the bare ground part ;) at least we don't have to worry so much about that now - unless you venture off into the wrong spot in the powder in the next few days.

Flurrying in town and breezy, 21 degrees with about 1/2" of wet snow on our railing. Roads at our elevation are still black.

Looking at tonight's 00z run of the GFS it seems like this weekend's storm could be the swan song. Nothing on the horizon and it's getting late in the season for anything big.

Time to look forward to summer I suppose.
