Hotels near the night life in Mammoth

Hi all,

i'm heading to Mammoth next weekend for the first time and am looking to stay in the town near the night life, can anyone suggest a good hotel to stay at??

The Westin and Alpenhof are both adjacent to the Village, which has nightlife and a gondola to the Canyon Lodge.
