Hey. New to Mammoth. So far so good. Lots of biking. And can't wait til winter. From doing some downhill mtb I can see that MM is a wicked big hill. Now the big question. Are there any decent apts or condos for $1000/mo or less? If so how do I find one?

Go to the board index and scroll down to the housing board. That is a good place to start.
