Issue posting photos

I always resize my photos for the boards. But lately, I find that even when I've done it, I get a red "Photos can only be 700 pixels wide" warning message, and can't post. My photos are well under that. Any feedback?

Are you hosting your images on a website first such as Photobucket, Webshots, Flicker, Picassa, etc? That's the only way.

Yep. Photobucket. The problem is very inconsistent.

Weird. I've never had a problem since I selected the auto resize option prior to loading my images.

I used to have that problem all the time, even when the pics were under the limit. Once I changed the settings to automatically resize during upload (like SL said) I've never received the error since.

I've had the same problems with PB too. Even when the photo is resized and renamed. Like the others said, upload the photos with a baseline size under 700 pixels, and you should have no problems.
