email subscription page

Hi,
I was logged on to MyMammoth and checked my email subscriptions. I wasn't getting emails that I wanted, so was able to check the boxes. When I click Save Email Subscription Changes, nothing happens. I checked boxes, clicked the save button, went to another page, then came back...again, it looks like my changes weren't saved.
Just wondering if there is something wrong with the "save" button??
*I also tried subscribing to all...that doesn't seem to be working either.
