Unable to click into the search bar

I even logged into My Mammoth to try it and it still doesn't work. I use Google Chrome.

I already renewed my MVP which included Pass Protection, but there was no printed policy given to me at that time. Last Wednesday I was told by the agent that the detailed policy information on Pass Protection would be on the MMSA site soon. This is what I was trying to use the search engine for since I could not locate the policy information on any other page.

Help please.

I too am waiting for the details on the pass protection. It sounds like it'll be different than previous years. I can't believe Mammoth is expecting people to sign up and pay for the pass protection when they don't have any details on it. When I called, I was told the same thing. It would be up soon. I asked if I could buy it now and if I didn't like the protection plan, could I get a refund and I was told, "No, all sales are final." I hope "soon" is before the bonus deadline.

This is slightly crazy at the moment...if I understand correctly, we're being offered Pass Protection for $25 but we don't know yet what it is? I want to renew my pass TODAY and meet the offer deadline but I also cannot find any details on what pass protection is.

Just buy it and hope for the best. Nobody knows how it works anyway.

I was going to pay the $25 for insurance the other day when I bought my pass. The guy at the counter, Casey McCoy, said I could wait until 30 days before the 2012/2013 season starts to get the insurance. Think I'll go in and ask a couple of times just to be sure he is right, because I thought the deadline was April 30. They keep changing the story every other day.
