A little feedback - MVP Renewal.

Postby brahm » Mon Mar 19, 2012 1:48 pm

For those that have renewed so far, what do you think of the new revamped MVP application? How do you like it compared to last year? Have you experienced any bugs or issues? Any suggestions or thoughts for us moving forward?

If you do have an issue please also post what OS & Browser you are using so I can attempt to resolve it.

Thanks you.

Shouldn't this say, "Just $20 protects your investment from the unexpected"?

Image

And if it would be helpful if there was a link to what the "$20 pass protection" covers.

And I received this message: "An unexpected error occured while trying to add Pass Protection, try again or call 800.MAMMOTH"

One last thing. At the checkout screen, it doesn't list what credit cards are accepted.

Thanks.

Anybody know the formula for pass ins. I think I saw something about it a long time ago. If you get injured today and you have X number of days on your pass, how much do you get back ?

Thanks for the heads up. Fixed the copy. The unexpected error most likely was a small network issue. Were you still able to go threw the process or did it stop you in your tracks?

In regards to the pass protection information. We are working on that page now, I will post a link as soon as it's ready.

I'm not 100% clear on all the details. Once I get the pdfs/copy, I'll take a look and post it online.

I searched the MVP FAQ and other places but found no info on the $20 pass protection. so I said no but can I change my answer once it's a defined product?
What is pass protection anyways?

I can't find it for this current season, or for next season which you would purchase now for next seasons pass. I would like to see the current , active policy in effect now.

Last year there wasn't much information available on the pass protection and they used Travel Guard. I'm not sure who Mammoth is using this year. I remember calling Travel Guard last year and they seemed vague on what it covered too. So, I didn't waste my money. I know there were discussions on whether this covered your season pass or it was trip specific. The website seems like it is for trip specific. Good luck.

Zero info on that site. Even if you use the search box. Nothing

So here are the documents for the current travel guard pass insurance (11/12). These documents at this time are NOT valid for the 12/13 pass.

All that legal Mumbai jumbo and no specifics on formula. It just says pro rated. I guess they can't do that until the season is completely over. My best guess is that if you get hurt or sick at the half way point of the season you get $330 back.
