I tried the cams just before the time on my post above. I know the cams don't function at night, but I could always bring them up in the past to see the static night time frame, but I still get the error code.

FYI -

When I try to use the cams from home using IE 64 bit , I get an error message and not cam picture. (Yes, I have the correct Java installed as it works fine on other websites).

When I try to use the cams from the office using IE 32 bit, everything works fine.

I've been working on them all morning so they were offline/online intermittently. I'm done for now so everything should work as is. So please try again. The 64/32 bit thing could have been you catching them when they are broken..or do you have the incorrect version of java. I'm on a 64 bit machine and they working really well for me now.

I will check again when I am home. Note- the Main Cam fixed views appeared fixed too. Good work.

Thank you, brahm - the cams are working for me now. :y:

However, the Village cam comes up looking different on the page (not centered and an empty blank border around it) and it only connects for a few seconds then disconnects and stops.

You can try updating your version of java, from www.java.com. Everything appears to be working correctly from what I can tell at this time.

In follow up to my prior email about 32bit v. 64bit, everything seems to be working fine for me now. Thank you.

McCoy Cam

Postby brahm » Wed Nov 02, 2011 5:15 pm

WOW.. The new McCoy web cam is amazing. I'm going to work on the new Megapixel hi-res feature and hopefully get that up soon but it has almost 360 degree views. I want to try to get the larger res fitting into the site. You can see everything from Chair 5, Almost the entire upper mtn ridge line, Lincoln, avy chutes, I've already set 14 Presets, but there is room for so many more. Let me know what you want to see w/a quick preset!

It is now back online!
(minus the jpg stills which I need to work on).

oh and the new snap shots are 1280x960!
