This may be a separate issue then, if I log in and let it automatically jump to the board index, then it kicks me out. I'm using Opera as my browser. My work around for this is just to click the board index link and not let it do the jump automatically, then it allows me to stay logged in.

FWIW- I had this problem for two days, but tried changing the logon to "log me on automatically" & so far so good! See if it works for anyone else & I will keep you posted if my "solution" no longer works.

Yes, the forum is still having issues. Unfortunately it's a server side issue so outside of setting your self to be logged in automatically there is no other way to help skirt the problem. Once again I do apologize for the trouble this is causing and as soon as I am able to get some time to focus on the issue I will do my best to trouble shoot it.

Is there a "downside" to having "automatically Log on" activated as I did? If so, when you get the problem fixed, how do I go about undoing it? Thank you.

I think there is more to than that. I ALWAYS checked the keep me logged in and was booted off on a regular basis. Its working fine for me right now. That is weird also. When this first started I wasn't having any problems. Two days into it I was having major problems. Then it was fixed for me anyway, but others were having constant problems. How does it decide who to torment ?

I just checked the auto log in box and that happened to work for me today, but it didn't in the past.

PP, once this issue is resolved, all you have to do is un-check that box!

I haven't been having the problem until yesterday.

I cannot log in on my Droid, no matter what strategies I employ.

Yes, if you share your computer with somebody else who has something to say, all of a sudden you will seem more coherent.

Click "Logout". I'm an expert at these things...

PP, apparently un-checking the auto log box is not available once you've checked it. Shifty I did try simply logging off at the end of my use when auto logged in, however it would not allow me to do so. :-?

Mods, this seems to be a legit question. How do we go about taking ourselves off auto log in when this issue gets fixed? Thanks.

You can logout, if that doesn't work I apologize but the forums are not in a properly operable state. The only other option is for me to take it offline until I can resolve the issue. I wish I had a better answer for you but I don't at this point in time.

I don't know much about network issues, but seems to me that if it was working before, couldn't you just roll the server settings back to the previous configuration?
