It was the McCoy cam. It is still having trouble focusing also. Could this be because of the globe being dirty ? Moisture inside ?

no, that cam get nailed with direct sun which during sometimes of day can give really funky results if you watch it first thing in the AM it will be crystal clear then has the day progress it will just get worse and worse. I want to say we've replaced that cam 3:1 compared to any other. We've been watching at it, deciding if we should swap it again.

Not to be picky but I also noticed that the weather icon on the home page has had it snowing all day.

The first skiiers and riders of the season are coming down Broadway and the cam is aimed straight into the sun.

Taken at 8 AM away from the sun this morning:

PS. The interactive controls are fine as they are. People can learn patience instead of instant gratification. Besides how else could I zoom in on people's lunches.

^ Yup, that's what I observed since last week, any time of the day.

Maybe next week brahm will climb up there and take a look-see. :P

It won't zoom more than 50% now either. Focus is completely shot. Even the presets are not zooming in. The McCoy cam has issues.

^^ I had, too and it seemed fine looking toward the east, but out of focus looking west.

It's now blurry every direction again! :-?

Okay, we better not go on and on about the issues or brahm will LOCK this thread!!!!!!!!! :P
