$50.00 free pass cash. Fail!

We were on the Mountain yesterday and tried to use our free $50.00 to buy lunch at the Mill.
I can't afford to eat on the Mountain I though this would be a great opportunity to do so.
The lady at check out said sorry you don't have any money on your pass. I would have just left the food there but the kids were already out the door with their stuff. So I ended up paying for it my self. I would like to thank the Mountain for screwing me out of $50.00.
Any one else get screwed when they tried to use their $50.00.

I went up to the ticket counter and talked to the lady there. All she said was that they were having problems and she was sorry. She then put the money on my pass. I am still out $50.00.

I hope you kept the receipt from the Mill. If you did, I would send a copy to them with an explanation and I'd make sure they made it right. Unless you're going to be back by September 30th.

I live here, that is one of the reasons I can't afford to eat on the mountain.

Comprehension Fail ..
They wanted to spend the $50. for food at the mountain, a special treat. They ended up having to spend their own money. Now they get to spend the inflated Mammoth dollars to get stuff they probably wouldn't get otherwise...

The mountain screwed it up - they should make it right by refunding the 50 in cash or at least make it permanent pass cash..
