where's the Free Hot Chocolate?

I didn't see any this season...was it taken away? :(

Part of the cut backs. 41 Hosts were laid off recently on Black Wednesday. Hence no hot chocolate.

That's real generous of you M2M, but there are hardly any Hosts left to serve it. They let 47 of them go on Black Wednesday, 2/29/12. :(

It used to be a friendly perk that the Hosts enjoyed doing. While guests were standing in line outside waiting for the bus in the late, cold afternoons, the Hosts would serve! :coffee:
