New tone to moderators

I want to say that I appreciate the new tone and feedback that Shay is bringing to the forum table. She seems to be fair and consistent. Perhaps with this breath of fresh aire, people will be more encouraged by feeling free to speak up without unsolicted corrections and attacks. Thanks :)

If anyone ever feels attacked on the forums, just hit the report to mod button on the comment so a moderator is notified right away before it escalates. Just trying to keep the forums fun and friendly.
