Chop in Main Lodge Ski Shop

I had the opportunity to meet this guy once again.

He has helped me and my 5 children so many times over the years. Great guy! Excellent employee, personal customer service Rusty needs to know how lucky he is to have this guy working for him.

Once again he took the time to fit 2 sets of boots and both my son and I are very happy.

Too often I run into awful employees. And I always fill the owners ears with how unacceptable their treatment or attitude is projected to the customer.

Hats off the Chop. He really know the importance of the customer and I appreciate having a great craftsman to assist with my ski equipment.

I like Chop very much. As a ski instructor on the run, he has taken time on the fly to help me out many times when I had a poor boot day. However, I take exception to any idea that someone runs into awful employees, knowing Chop personally he would probably agree with me that most employees are awesome and not awful.

I knew P chop when he was in Newport. Helped me fit boots back then and I still get my boots from him. I have hard feet to fit since I shattered both my ankles in car crash. He takes the time to find the right boots, fitting them, and never had problem coming back for adjustments whenever I needed them.

Chop is no longer in Main Lodge Ski Shop

You should know that after being so great for many years, without appreciation Mammoth cut him loose. He is now running the shop Mammoth Mountain Sporting Goods in town.
