Flat tire?
Or Fat Tire?
I used to be with it, then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with, isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me. It'll happen to yoooouuu.

What if it was a flat fat tire because it took too long for me to drink it since I got distracted by shiny things in my house?

I made it up. Buy whatever beans are on sale, and some beef. I used beef for stew, but cut it into smaller pieces. I had a can of stewed tomatoes and a can of diced tomatoes. I put the tomatoes in with all their juice, and used 4 cans of beans. I did half the beans with juice, half without. Then I added mama's patented dried chili spices that she gives me in a jar for Christmas. I used three tablespoons, which made it a little spicy. Then I bopped on down to the store, and got Marie Callendars just add water cornbread mix, and a sixer of Fat Tire. When I got back, I could not deal with the fact that my house WASN'T shiny, so I cleaned it and swept, mopped, and vacuumed. Then I packed for Tahoe this weekend, and when I was done, VOILA! Dinner.

Slow cooker chili is da best, and I like slow cooker pork loin also, but was not into
pulled pork this time.

So what am I to do.

Disclaimer you may have to go to your Doctor before you try this recipe.

Bacon & Garlic Encrusted Pork Loin.

4LB Pork Loin check.
Garlic check.
Kosher salt check.
Pepper Bacon check.
Course Lemon Pepper check.
Fresh Rosemary check.

Juiciest pork loin ever. Would this work on a smoker?
My neighbors and I inhaled this thing in about 30 minutes.

No problems with Photobucket > @Shifty

Tard...How to cook this would be a good idea.

Pre-Heat oven to 450 place roaster in oven and roast for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 375 and cook until internal temp is 150 or less depending on your taste.

PULL OUT----- and cover with foil, internal temp will rise about 10 degrees.

Heck yeah that will work on a smoker Malolo. Actually I can see the smoker it's gonna work on from where I'm sitting right now.

Malolo, What a piece of work. Like OGT mentioned - smoke it! Smoked quite a few pork loins and they always turn out very good. Sunday smoke for me is 15 lbs. of chicken, different brines etc.
Thanks for the pics. Could be chili, if it would last that long.

She obviously cooks.
Rides MTB.
Skis.
What's not to like? Maybe she has a seafood allergy.

Smoked bacon wrapped anything works. Not quite the same but very tasty:

Can fill with just about anything & tastes great, even chili.
