Had some Wild Horse Pinot I got from Costco last night... it was OK for a low end/middle of the line Pinot. After our wine tasting trip about a month ago, we got spoiled. Still have some stuff left from the 6-pack of wine I got at Vons in mammoth a few weeks ago. They have a great selection!

I'm mostly a pinot guy... this is one of te few times I've ventured out to try a pinot from Oregon.

very good.. different... kinda hard to describe.. a little tarter than the CA ones... also has a kinda rosy appearence.

I'm having a glass of Long Arm Lot 81 right now and listening to rap music through the wall . Ski trips are fun until the college non affluent ski club moves in next door :(

Sanford is probably my favorite winery up there in that Santa Barbara area. It's a really peaceful and beautiful spot a little bit out of the way. Great Pinot's. This chard didn't disappoint.
