100 million dollars US for FIOS up 395?
Can I put in a bid for that job?
I am putting myself to the fullest possible use, which is all I think that any conscious entity can ever hope to do.

As long as you pay for it, I agree. When it costs taxpayers $100 million then not so much!

I checked the combined population of Inyo & Mono Counties it's about 30,000 folks

100 million to provide 30,000 people with more bandwidth

I think it could change everything for the entire valley.
Consider how it would open the area to the telecom and software industry (mostly environmentally friendly industries).
Thus, it would create new high tech job opportunities (real ones).
It would improve communication and IT for Mono and Inyo County county and city governments and education.
So, it could be a very important investment for a shared future.
