Did you pick up the wrong pair of rental skis?

Found a similar pair of rentals in place of the ones we had left near Eagle Lodge on December 28. Please send me a description to see if we have each others skis.

This seems to be a common occurrence during the busy holidays. Not a bad idea to mark your rental gear (tips of your skis) with masking tape and your first initial and last name on it in the future.
Did you leave word and your contact info with someone at Eagle Lodge? Hope this gets resolved.
