The Village's Oktoberfest is just not the same as the one that used to be hosted by the M.L. Chamber of Commerce many years ago. I was a volunteer at the old ones for many years and those were tons of fun! I was even chosen as Miss Oktoberfest in 1989...heh.

I'm sure you'll have a good time when you come up for your b-day no matter what, gboydston!

I am sure I will also. Its pretty hard not to have fun with music and beer I would think. But it sure sounds like it used to be waaay fun.

Down here in Lake Arrowhead Village we have an awesome one! Then Big Bear has a massive celebration.
