Busses every half hour from the Village??

Would it ever be acceptable for half and hour lift lines in the winter? People would complain constantly. Yet for the bike park it's totally acceptable. At least it gave me 25 minutes to complain.

don't have nearly the ridership in the summer as you do in the winter, so the money just isn't there.
