The sticker on my car window is totally sun faded, but the memories aren't faded...so I want to replace the sticker if i can

Isn't tomorrow the five year anniversary of the incident up in Bridgeport that took Johanna Carlsson?

Yes. :(

Johanna was killed in an avalanche above Bridgeport on Feb. 1 (2006). Pearson was with her on their adventure in Blacksmith Canyon. Also on the fatal trip was Joshua Feinburg, another Ski Patrol member. All three were off duty and had plenty of experience.

I bought 5 of the original stickers and only 2 are left. My wife and I still have those 2 on our helmets. I would be down for about 5 more if they get printed. My kids need some for their helmets now that they are skiing. Never forget!

If a portion will still go towards the families, I'm in for a few stickers.

Thanks! :)

you can count me in for a half dozen if it goes to the families. I`m wearing a couple and I have one unused somewhere but can`t seem to find it. Plenty of gear to put them on.

I suppose someone could make some new ones, using vistaprint, zazzle or something like that. It wouldn't have to be the same design either.

I'm still on this..sent requests for quotes to several sticker outfits..only one responded ...with an oddly circumspect, semi-disinterested quote.... Websites can be graphically flashy and color dynamic while the people behind them are surfing Face Book or otherwise asleep at the switch. The price seemed fair but I wanted to make it clear about the size, color and die cut configuration of the top edge as well..so that the new edition would be a virtual copy of the first. (a nod of respect to the designer.) On Monday I'll see if I can connect on the telephone (old school I realize) with a real person at one of the companies on line....here's hoping he or she is not in Bombay.

Certainly Mammoth (rather than San Luis Obispo) would be a better spot for selling the stickers. I can see a stack of them on the counter by the register at Ski Surgeon, or in the ski shop at Canyon Lodge next to $11.00 Chap Stick, perhaps in a display box with an explanation of the purpose and the destination of the funds generated.

I just want a half dozen for myself.....marketing and distribution of proceeds is a task for someone more connected than I am.

At the top left of your screen next to "User Control Panel" you'll see "(0 new messages") [or however many private messages you might have in there). Just click on that and read your private message(s) (i.e. PM), then respond.

Whether or not any proceeds go to the families, I'd like several.
