Were the suncups maneating sized yet? Did you take the water taxi? Is the road open?

Sorry, you can't just post a picture about Saddlebag without expecting to answer those questions ;-)

I know the answer to one of them, but they're all topical.

Nice work. GPS chute?

Way to go, BT! Nice turns!! :y:

Jbay...their link doesn't indicate the road isn't open nor the taxi not running so my guess is everything is good to go! :)

Roads open, Taxis going. Caught the 10:30 and toped out GPS by 12:30. (Super secret way. OK not so secret. When you get to the lake where your staring up at GPS turn around and hike the opposite direction up looping left up on to the bench continue up the rocks that are practicly like stairs to the top of GPS.) The lack of late season snow has made for the best surface conditions in the last few years. Pretty smooth over all with solid coverage in the Coness, Flinties, GPS area. Get it while the gettings good.

Yes, well said. Thanks for the totally different view than I have ever seen from that spot. El Nino is coming so things will change again . Looking forward to it in 6 months. :)

Rather than start a new thread, reviving this one so we can all get legit, boots-on-the-runs reports on conditions with the season now underway.
