My argument is not changing in any way, I just feel obligated to respond to your examples. I don't want anything from MMSA in compensation for this matter, I am just pointing out how unprofessional they have been in this matter. And what a ridiculous example you have presented me in response. Great idea, put your money in a CD that doesn't even cover inflation :fubar: I would guess this is where you have your money tied up? (joking) You seem to not really care about June, and several others here don't as well, that is fine. Part of the reason I love June is there aren't as many people with your attitude at and in June Lake. If you really feel like I insulted you, and you get so offended by such a little thing, you may want to check your cojones

Just because your butt hurts because they closed June, doesn't mean Mammoth is guilty of any wrong doing. It really has nothing to do with how I feel about June. You pick a mountain, any mountain. I'll by my pass, and if they make changes after I've bought my pass, I have two options. Deal with it, or get a refund. Obviously, you're having troubles dealing with it. May I suggest some counseling?

I just scratched my cojones. They're doing fine. And my attitude isn't like any body else's attitude. It's very special. No one has one like it at June or at Mammoth.

If they'd have just taken my advice and replaced that gawd aweful, super slow, dope smokin', donkey ridin', kazoo playin', mega-long-line generatin', heavy, crusty, manky, thick snow attractin' Chair they call J1...they wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. If they had a nice high-speed quad chair there, they'd be rakin' in the bucks...freaking bozos.

They did that once. However, they thought too big. The QMC only lasted a few years.

When you have nothing pertinent to say, you can always resort to name calling. June is closed. I didn't close it, but it's closed. Get over it.

I'm over it. That's why I bought the Epic pass. Mogul heaven at Vail resorts. Now I just have to decide if and when to forgo Mammoth altogether.

It's funny that OGT, who probably was hurt most by the closing, next to June employees, doesn't seem bent on vengeance or entitlement. I hope June can find a way to reopen, but I can't condemn Mammoth for trying to stay solvent.

Moguls are challenging. That's why I like them so much. Maybe you could give me a few pointers, or just post one of your videos.

Got my refund on my pass. Kinda sad to do it. No bad blood w/ Mammoth or anything, just didn't make sense for me this year for a number of reasons:

1) Barely broke even on last year's pass, and a lot of that skiing was at June
2) Wife is due in February with our second - doubt I'll get as many weekend passes from the missus
3) Bought AT gear last year, probably will spend what little time I can get out in the BC

I still have $400+ of pass cash, so that should buy a few lift tickets for Mammoth when the pow is good. Hope things turn around soon so that June can be viable again.
