When you buy June logowear from MMSA, you're reinforcing the PTB's supposition that June Mountain gross receipts would become Mammoth gross receipts if June didn't operate. IMO (and probably nobody else's), you're doing the exact opposite of supporting June Mountain. Sorry.

I thought of this, but also figured I wanted to fly the flag as best as I could. Plus, there was the chance (fear) it'd never be available again.

Re: June merch at McCoy T-Shirt shop in village

Postby ski30+ » Thu Jul 12, 2012 11:27 am

I was in the Village the week after Canyon closed and looking for deals on Ski's.. But there were no shops that sold gear only clothing. The McCoy (T-Shirt) Sports clerk told me that I needed to go all the way to the main lodge but things were being transfer from the Canyon shop so I should wait a week for that to happen.

Shouldn't the Village shops be selling gear??

Just got off of the phone with Sierra at McCoy Sports (760) 934-2571 x3070 and she was more than helpful!! I told her I was posting the info, and to expect a few more calls....

I am getting a t-shirt because I should have before, I don't care if people think that by buying now is counter productive to the cause. I want the shirt because I want the shirt and because I think when June opens again I'll already have my shirt to wear for opening day.

I was hoping that you'd wear that other June t-shirt for opening day.

I was just in there (Friday afternoon) and they told me they have more June attire in their back room. Unfortunately, they didn't have a WFAB in XL!

They had those bumper stickers at the Double Eagle yesterday (Thursday) but they were gone pretty quick and I didn't get one! Nice work on the Stone IPA. Good stuff.
