Hi there! I'm currently looking for a place in Mammoth as well. I have a full time job that I need to start by the first and am having a really hard time finding a suitable room for rent or studio. I have a few leads but nothing solid. I'm starting a full time / year round job in the Village and am looking for a quiet / mellow housing situation. I like to keep my home neat and clean and rarely have house guests over. I don't drink or use drugs and am fairly active. I enjoy mountain biking, hiking and camping during the warmer seasons and snowboarding during the winter and spring. I would prefer rooming with people that have common interests, aren't big into partying, dependable with rent / utilities and will be sticking around for longer than a few months. I also have a 9 year old dachshund who is 11lbs and is very well behaved. She gets along with all people and most animals. I'm not sure what exactly you two are looking for but would you be interested in possibly discussing a housemate situation?
