confuseddd! help!

so i had a phone interview for ticket cashier and it went really good he said he was most likely gonna be calling me back. he even asked if i wanted to do employee housing. i havent gotten a call back since the interview two or so week ago. ive called about ten time with voicemails since the interview also. they called on tuesday afternoon i missed the call due to work but called back 7 min after and no answer called about three more timrs with voicemails still no answer. so im just kinda confused on what i should. i need to look for houses and roommates if i was really hired? anyone help?

With that many voicemails left an calls made, Id say it isnt a good sign if your not hearing anything back. Have you tried email?? Or better yet have they emailed or mailed you an offer letter?? If you havnt recieved that, thats also not a good sign that your hired. Also, seems to me like you were never hired in the first place. If he told you he will most likely be calling you back, that deff isnt saying your hired, and doesnt mean he HAS to call you back. If you had a phone interview and didnt get a second call back, they probably didnt hire you. Im not trying to be negative or anything but from what you explained it sounds like you got your hopes up a little and never was really hired in the first place, I could be wrong though. Calling ten times leaving voicemails isnt going to change anything, if anything its going to get annoying to the manager, thats going beyond checking up on things, thats being a little pushy. The only reason Id say pursue one more voicemail an email is that you said you got a missed call from them on tuesday, did they leave a voicemail when you missed the call saying anything??

I disagree, it is sholder season and people are working odd hours and training. Instead, Call HR and ask to talk to Tim. He is a great guy. He will help you out.ask if it is ok to email, I am sure it is. If you have the hiring persons name, email them the first initial of their name their last name @mammoth-mtn.com.

Haha dont go bugging HR too. They have no say in who gets hired or not so as far as helping to see if your hired all they are going to do is send you the way you have already been trying, which is through phone an email contact. Like I said, email jeremy who Im assuming is the one you talked too. Ask your questions, state your concerns. If you dont hear a reply back, sorry to say, take a hint.

smart choice, Tim is the man. He helped me out a lot when i first moved to mammoth. But in the end, its you, ur personality and "job acquiring" skills that are gonna land the job more than anything else.
