How are the phone interviews? Also do they tell you if they hire you right away? Thanks for any info... I have an interview coming up so I'm just wondering what to expect.

They are pretty straight forward. They ask about you and your hobbies. Go over some rules and stuff. You get to ask questions. I was told right away. Good Luck!

Is employee housing really that awful? I heard this from a few on this forum? Or is it just really expensive? I am working liftee starting Nov. 2012-2013. The housing I signed up for seems to be cheaper than the rooms I've found on the forum so far. I've never been to Mammoth and need a fully furnished place, so I figure employee housing is the best option for me. Advice much appreciated, thank you.
